The research is gathered in a book that brings together the knowledge, experiments and encounters with the plant. Part of it is printed on paper made from nettle itself, so that the plant is not only the subject of the book but also its material. The book contains a series of cards, each exploring a different aspect of nettle. On their backs, my body becomes a map of contact, documented through photographs of my hands after touching the plant. A poster accompanies the book, describing the setting and the experiments through illustration. Together, they turn the body into the harvesting point, dissolving the idea of harvesting as a vertical, extractive process.
